Provider and partner identity
Sentinelle Watch Abuse Desk
Sentinelle Watch operates a defensive takedown and abuse-reporting workflow for scam, phishing, impersonation, and victim-harm cases. Reports are prepared for provider policy review, not for retaliation or unauthorized investigation.

Operating Commitments
- Evidence-first submissions with URL, screenshot, DOM, DNS/RDAP, and provider-reference records where available.
- Human approval before provider dispatch, escalation, partner sharing, or public claims.
- No hacking back, credential collection, retaliation, doxxing, or unauthorized access.
- PII minimization, redaction, consent checks, and custody events for stored evidence.
Provider Packet Standards
- We identify the specific URL, account, post, infrastructure, or brand impersonation pattern being reported.
- We preserve timestamps, hashes, source links, redirect information, and relevant ticket references.
- We ask providers to review and enforce their own anti-fraud, phishing, impersonation, abuse, or safety policies.
- We document removals, rejections, bounces, acknowledgements, and missed follow-up deadlines.
Escalation Boundaries
Escalation means structured follow-up with fresh verification evidence, prior references, and a factual timeline. It does not mean threats, legal conclusions, impersonation of law enforcement, automated abuse of provider forms, or attempts to bypass provider controls.
